Hand-built residential scale models: apartment buildings, villas and housing schemes, made from your drawings for the sales suite and the planning table.
A residential model is usually built to sell. It stands in the sales suite before the first wall goes up, and buyers lean over it to find their balcony, their view, the walk to the park.
So it has to read from a metre away: every floor countable, every balcony where the drawings put it, the planting as it will be planted.
The archive below holds 25 residential models, built at scales from 1:75 to 1:500, for projects in Europe, Australia, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. Each was cut by laser and CNC in ABS, acrylic and wood, assembled by hand and airbrushed in our workshop.
